Week 6 is final (49ers 23, Commanders 17 on Monday night). These are the adds the usage backs up, ranked, with what the numbers say and what they don't.
Byes: BUF, JAX, LAC, WAS. Claims run Wednesday in most leagues. ESPN roster % as of Oct 20, 12:30 PM PT. Trend = Sleeper trending adds, last 24 hours, pulled Oct 20, 1:11 PM PT; trending is what people are adding, not a recommendation. Bids are % of a $100 FAAB budget and are our opinion.
Injury news can change before claims run. Check Wednesday's practice reports.

Kendre Miller RB · NO vs PIT (Paris) · 33.0% rostered (ESPN)
AddOur bid: 12–18%(opinion)
Snaps 44%
Carries 20 of 36 (56%)
Inside the 5: 2 of 5
Week 6: 20 carries for 70 yards, 4 of them inside the 20. Over Weeks 5–6 he has 4 of the Saints' 7 goal-line carries.
Alvin Kamara played 26% of snaps with 7 carries (19%). He was Questionable with a back injury and limited in practice both weeks. Travis Etienne (IR, hamstring) isn't eligible until after New Orleans' Week 8 bye.
The catch: 8 targets all season. This is an early-down and goal-line role, not a PPR floor. Opinion: the best RB add of the week.
Germie Bernard WR · PIT @ NO (Paris) · 44.6% rostered (ESPN) · Sleeper add #27
AddOur bid: 10–15%(opinion)
Snaps 94%
Targets 12 of 44 (27%)
Red-zone targets 3
Two straight every-down weeks: 92% of snaps in Week 5, 94% in Week 6. Targets went 9 (30%) then 12 (27%), and he caught 11 for 87 yards and a touchdown Sunday.
Michael Pittman (foot) and Roman Wilson (finger) are both on IR, so the role should hold for at least two more games.
Omar Cooper Jr. WR · NYJ vs MIA · 3.1% rostered (ESPN) · Sleeper add #1
AddOur bid: 8–12%(opinion)
Snaps 82%
Targets 7 of 29 (24%)
Air-yard share 35%
First game back from IR (ankle sprain in Week 1): 6 catches for 103 yards and a touchdown on 7 targets, with 89 air yards. He's the #1 add on Sleeper.
Week 7 is Miami, whose pass defense allows +0.30 EPA per dropback, the 2nd-most in the NFL. One game is a small sample, and Adonai Mitchell (finger) is week-to-week.
The Giants released Najee Harris (14% of Week 6 snaps). Cam Skattebo played 6 snaps with no touches a week after a lost fumble. Tracy scored twice (one rushing, one receiving) on 9 opportunities, 1 of them a carry inside the 5.
Devin Singletary (1.7% rostered) actually led the group at 40% of snaps, but on 4 carries. No back here is a confident start; Tracy is a cheap bet that the committee breaks his way. Giants are on bye in Week 8.
SpeculativeOur bid: 1–3%, only if Love sits(opinion)
Snaps 44%
Carries 15 of 35 (43%)
Inside the 20: 4
With Jeremiyah Love (ankle) out, Knight ran 15 times for 80 yards. Tyler Allgeier had 18 carries for 38 yards. Before Week 6, Knight had 3 carries all season.
Love was expected to do some running Tuesday. If he returns, Knight goes back to the bench. Wait for Wednesday's practice report.
Tank Dell WR · HOU vs NYG · 27.9% rostered (ESPN) · Sleeper add #5
StashOur bid: 2–5% (stash)(opinion)
IR return expected Week 7
No 2026 snaps yet
Sleeper add #5
DeMeco Ryans said Dell (knee) is on track to make his season debut in Week 7. It would be his first game since December 2024, and a light snap count is expected.
No usage to chart yet, so this is a stash, not a start.
Devin Singletary, RB, NYG (1.7% ESPN): 40% of snaps, 4 carries. Deep leagues only. 0–1%
Trending, but careful
Big on Sleeper's add list; the data says wait.
Konata Mumpfield, WR, LA: Sleeper add #3. Davante Adams (hamstring) is out an estimated 6–10 weeks, but Mumpfield played 47% of snaps with 3 targets in Week 6. Wait for one game of real usage.
Browns D/ST: Sleeper add #2 (34.2% on ESPN). Tennessee gives it away on 5.0% of plays, below the 5.3% league median, and our model ranks Cleveland 13th of 28 D/STs this week.
Keon Coleman, WR, BUF: Sleeper add #22, but the Bills are on bye in Week 7.
Dameon Pierce, RB, PHI (55.1% ESPN): 95% of snaps, 12 of 13 carries in Week 6. Saquon Barkley (hamstring) has missed two straight games; check Wednesday's practice report.
Matthew Golden, WR, GB (91.9% ESPN): 13 targets and 203 air yards (52% of GB's) in Week 6. If he's somehow free in your league, he's the top add.
D/ST streams
Our model: defense havoc rate (sacks, INTs, fumble recoveries per play) plus the opponent's giveaway rate, Weeks 1–6. League medians: 5.7% havoc, 5.3% giveaways.
Jets vs MIA (23.1% ESPN): Havoc on 6.1% of plays; Miami gives it away on 7.3%. Both above the league median.
Bears vs NE (Thu) (14.9% ESPN): Havoc on 7.4% of plays, #3 in the NFL; New England gives it away on 5.8%.
Saints vs PIT (Paris) (3.4% ESPN): Havoc on 5.9%; Pittsburgh gives it away on 6.7%. Nearly free on ESPN.
Titans (deep) vs CLE (1.6% ESPN): Cleveland gives it away on 8.3% of plays, #2 in the NFL. Tennessee's own havoc rate (5.4%) is below median: a pure matchup play.
Start, don't stream: Vikings vs IND (73.9%) and Texans vs NYG (85.8%) grade out well but are rostered in most leagues. Panthers vs TB (20.4%) depends on Tampa's QB: Baker Mayfield (thumb) is "supposed to practice" Wednesday. TB gave it away on 10.2% of plays in his starts and 6.6% in Jalon Daniels'.
Defense havoc rate vs. opponent offense giveaway rate, Weeks 1–6. Dashed lines = league median.
Week 7 waiver FAQ
When do Week 7 waivers process?
Wednesday in most ESPN and Sleeper leagues, but your league settings decide. Chicago and New England play Thursday night, so their players lock first.
What does the FAAB range mean?
It's our suggested bid as a share of a $100 season budget. It's an opinion, not a projection. Bid more if you're desperate at the position, less if you're deep.
Where do the usage numbers come from?
Snap shares come from nflverse snap counts. Targets, air yards and carries come from nflverse play-by-play through Monday night of Week 6. Every number on this page was recomputed a second way and matched to nflverse's player stats before it went up.
Who is on bye in Week 7?
Buffalo, Jacksonville, the Chargers and Washington.
Why isn't a trending player listed?
Trending only means people are adding him. If his Week 6 usage doesn't back it up, or his team is on bye, we say so in "Trending, but careful" instead of telling you to bid.
How we built this
Snap shares: nflverse snap counts. Targets, air yards and carries: nflverse play-by-play through MNF of Week 6 (carries exclude QB scrambles; kneels count, like official stats; red zone = inside the 20; goal line = inside the 5). Every number was recomputed from the raw files a second way and matched to nflverse's player stats. News is linked to the reporter or outlet. Roster %: ESPN. Trending: Sleeper.
